The department is made up of two divisions: First, the New Student Coordinators office works with field representatives to assist DeVry applicants with pre-registration and registration procedures. In addition to registration, the New Student Coordinators host multiple New Student Orientations per year with the goal of easing a student's transition into DeVry.
The second division of Community and School Relations is the Public Affairs office, which works closely with local high schools, community colleges, community organizations, businesses and the media to share information about DeVry. The office provides outreach programs for educators, employers and potential students. These services range from educator workshops and school-to-career tools, to scholarship programs for high school and continuing students.
